Gym/Membership Policies

• A towel is recommended on the gym floor at all times, always clean the piece of equipment after use.

• Appropriate sport clothing and footwear is required within the facility at all times. Acceptable attire includes: clean athletic footwear, athletic shorts, t-shirts, jogging outfits & sweat suits. Non-acceptable attire includes jeans, open toed shoes or sandals. Bare Feet are not acceptable anywhere in the gym.

• All fitness equipment has a place, after use please return to that appropriate space, re-rack and put away all weights (plates, bars & dumbbells).

• Do not drop the dumbbells on the floor under any circumstances, unless it is unsafe to lower under control. Abuse of this policy will have your membership suspended. 

• Inappropriate, foul and/or lewd language or behavior is not acceptable and will result in suspension of your membership.

• Inappropriate language, remarks or treatment towards any staff member or gym member will not be tolerated and will result in suspension of membership.

• Please stow your gym bag out of the exercising area, and keep your training area free of obstructions.

• The gym may publish and amend policies and regulations for the facilities, or modify its fees for membership, from time to time.

Membership Termination

30 days notice (via email or letter) is required to cancel your recurring (monthly) membership. Please note that this will result in two more payments coming out if you are on a biweekly plan, or 1 more payment coming out if you are on a monthly plan.

For paid in full memberships (6 or 12 months), there are no refunds except in the case of moving more than 30km away from the gym location.  Remaining months on a paid in full may be transferred to another individual.

Punchcards expire 6 months from date of purchase but are transferable to another person within the 6 month window.  We do not offer refunds on punchcards.

We may terminate your Membership (if applicable) and may refuse you entry into our gym or eject you from the gym if you commit a serious or repeated breach of these rules or your membership contract (if applicable) or if you engage in any other serious misconduct.
