WOD: Multemoms
This wod is not scored, but will be a great opportunity to practice skills under a bit of fatigue. Each minute you will alternate between two movements. Choose weights and scaling levels that you can execute crisply and cleanly!
Alternating EMOM 1: 6 OHS + 8 Bar Facing Burpees - 5 rounds each
Rest 4-6 min
Alternating EMOM 2: 40 du + 5-10 ttb - 5 rounds each
Rest 4-6 min
Altnerating EMOM 3: 6-12 pullups + 6-12 handstand pushups - 5 rounds each
