Strongman Day


A day for the sleds!

Hopefully we can get to use them outside sooner rather than later.

Fun day today with some bench press and some team strongman work.

Keep on breathing and have fun!

 

TRAINING THURSDAY

WARMUP

3 rounds

25ft low n slow bear crawl

25ft walking lunge

30sec/30sec Side planks

SKILL

Teams of 3, each person works to a 3 Rep Max bench press with a 1 sec pause on chest (16 min).

All use the same bar

WOD: Team Strongman

Teams of 3

5 minutes at each station to accumulate max reps:

prowler sled push (no weight,1 rep per length)

upper body sled pull (35/60lb)

Trap bar lift and carry (165/245)

2 min rest between each station
