STRENGTH: THRUSTER - BUILD TO HEAVY SINGLE

If you're just working technique, do 6 sets of 5 reps at a weight that allows for perfect technique!
WOD: Turn and Burn
Try to ramp up either the snatch weight or the toes to bar difficulty a bit. For the snatches, they should be heavy enough that you're doing 2-3 sets to get them done.
4 rounds for time -
10 power snatch 65/95
10 toes to bar
400m run
FG: scale bar weight, switch to hanging knee raise
CP1: 75/115, add 10 hspu after toes to bar
CP2: 95/135, 10 strict hspu after toes to bar
